PeopleScape was founded by Katherine Hawkins Jones, an award-winning people leader with over 20 years' experience helping organisations navigate growth, transformation and complexity.
As a Chief People Officer, Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) and holder of an MSc in Occupational Psychology, Katherine combines evidence-based practice with commercial pragmatism to solve the people challenges that matter most. From shaping culture and developing leaders to redesigning organisations and enabling change, her approach is grounded in psychology, informed by data and designed for impact.
Having operated at Board and Executive Committee level within FCA-regulated environments, Katherine brings a depth of strategic experience rarely found in boutique consultancies. She understands the realities of balancing performance, governance and human experience, helping organisations create workplaces where people thrive and businesses perform.
