Meet the founder
Katherine Hawkins Jones FCIPD is an experienced Chief People Officer, business psychologist and leadership consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping organisations navigate growth, transformation and change.
Having led people functions within complex, regulated environments and high-growth businesses, Katherine understands the realities leaders face: scaling quickly, building capability, navigating uncertainty and delivering commercial outcomes through people.
Combining expertise in occupational psychology, organisational development and behavioural science, she partners with founders, executives and leadership teams to create cultures where people and performance thrive.
Katherine is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, holds a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology, is an accredited LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, certified Emotional Capital coach and experienced executive adviser.
Practical, evidence based and commercially focused, she helps organisations unlock potential and deliver performance through intentional people experiences.
